Seeking Volunteer Tax & Legal Support for Local Nonprofit (501(c)(3))

The Gezana BBT Foundation, a U.S.‑registered 501(c)(3) philanthropic organization, is seeking pro bono or in‑kind tax‑deductible professional support. We are so far under $50k and hence the paperwork needed is minimal.
We are looking for a volunteer (or firm) with experience in nonprofit tax and legal matters, particularly to assist with:
- IRS reporting and compliance
- Amendments and filings
- General nonprofit legal and tax advisement
